Hey everyone!

I am sure this is a question that brings you back to the days of cell phone plans in the early 2000's I know it did us! While we are always looking for feedback on how we can deliver the most value, transparently, and at the lowest cost, we do want to make sure we do it in a responsible way as a business.

Here's where we are at currently:

  • Monthly Subscription plan minutes are distributed on your billing date each month & don't rollover.

  • Annual Subscription plan minutes are distributed all at once and expire 1 year after being issued

  • One Time Minutes (a-la-carte) are distributed all at once & never expire.

Why do we expire minutes in the first place?

- As we grow this is something we want to make sure we have protections in place to reduce long-term accounting liability while keeping the initial cost low. We want to serve our users for years to come! (This is also why our One Time Minutes with $1.00/min rate don't expire).
