Quicc takes pride as a quick and easy-to-use video captioning platform. However, there are some cases when the system acts up and your video can get stuck processing.
When this happens, all you need to do is re-upload your video and that usually does the trick. Easy right?
Also, please remember that while we accept all video files, for best results please upload videos in .mp4 format with H.264 codec. Uploads are currently limited to 1GB.
